Iran is expected to restart nuclear talks April 13

Reuters, Dubai, March 28 - --- Iran, Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Wednesday quoted Iranian Foreign Minister Salehi (Ali-Akbar Salehi,) as saying that Iran is expected to restart talks with the major countries in the April 13, lifting or quell the pressure exerted by the international community against Iran's nuclear program.
Salehi, after a meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey is willing to chair the talks, and talks venue will be determined in the coming days.


A Brussels-based diplomat also said that the talks are likely to be scheduled for April 13.

Between Iran and the major countries on a meeting held in Istanbul, Turkey in January 2011, but that the talks even on the agenda none agreed.

Since then, Washington and the EU has implemented tougher sanctions against Iran. When the EU announced that it imposed an embargo on Iranian oil, the EU's relations with Iran to a new low; British protesters attack the embassy in Iran was to close the embassy.

EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy High Representative Paddy Ashdown (Catherine by Ashton) is expected to once again on behalf of the P5 +1 delegation to participate in the talks. P5 +1 consists of the five Security Council permanent members and Germany.

Earlier this month, P5 +1 delegation called on Iran to unconditionally participate in the dialogue.
